The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Inspite of notice through Regd. post with A.D to opp.party No.1, he did not appear to file show cause and participate in the hearing of the interim application. From the letter issued by the Finance company to the petitioner, it appears that in the said notice the opp.party has directed to the complainant to pay an amount of Rs.37079.00. From the petition at paragraph-4, it appears that  on dt.17.01.2023, the opp.party forcibly snatched away the motor cycle from him. As the opp.party did not appear nor filed the counter it is clear that the allegation made by the petitioner is true. Hence at this stage, pending C.C.No.20 of 2023 for disposal, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.37079.00 with the opp.party and on such payment the opp.party is directed to release the vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD-06G-9452  which was illegally seized by him.

            The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
