The case record is taken up today for admission hearing. The Complainant filed a petition today praying for withdrawal of the complaint on the ground stated in the complaint.

     After hearing the Ld. Adv. for the Complainant we perused the complaint. We find that the Complainant purchased number of mobile phones for the purpose of resell and as such the complaint is not mainatainable.  

       Hence it is

                                          Ordered

that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/12/2023 be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn but under the circumstances without costs.

      Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
