Record is placed before the Ld. Lok Adalat as per order dated 15.09.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Ld. Advocates for both the parties are present and they submit that matter in dispute has been settled in between the parties.

It appears that the complainant has claimed a total sum of Rs.23,28,658/- which includes refund of consideration amount paid of Rs.19,31,068/-, interest on consideration amount and litigation cost.

It reveals that a joint compromise petition has been filed by the parties on 15.09.2023 stating therein that the matter in dispute between the parties has been settled with the prayer for disposal of the Consumer Complaint. 

Perused the petition.  Heard both the sides on the petition.

Considering the facts shown afore, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 429/2021 is settled and disposed of finally though the Lok Adalat.

The petition dated 15.09.2023 aforesaid is made a part of this order.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
