             Shri Manish Nema, learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 12.01.2024, receipt of pre-deposit u/s 41 of C.P.Act was to be furnished within two weeks.

           But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date.  Counsel for the appellant prays for one more opportunity to furnish the same.

           However, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.01.2024, without further reference to the Bench.
