ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                   JUDGMENT

            Both parties are long absent. The simple prayer of complainant is to direct opposite party No.1 to supply the R.C. Book and Smart Card and award cost of Rs.3,50,000/-

            From the records it is presumed that the complainant has lost his interest, keeping in view of the prayer, we direct that if the complainant applies to opposite parties No.1 & 4 with required papers and fees then opposite parties No.1 & 4 shall take step to supply the R.C. Book and Smart Card within 45 days after receipt of required papers and fees. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
