Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat submitted the order dated 13.4.2022 passed by the learned DCC Jaipur 3^rd Jaipur in Complaint Case No. 107/2022 (Old No. 322/2021) ( Smt. Reena Maheshwari Vs. Reliance Home Finance Ltd. & ors.) which is taken on record.

He submits that according to the order of learned DCC dated 13.4.2022 the main complaint has already been allowed against opposite party no.2 and dismissed against the present appellant opposite party no.1 and directed the opposite party no.2 for depositing the due amount to opposite party no.1 i.e. appellant finance company. In view of above this appeal has become infructuous.

Considering the aforesaid argument since the appeal has become infructuous therefore, same is dismissed.
