                             Sh.Shivam Joshi, Store Manager, appeared on behalf of the opposite party. Ms.Gaganpreet Kaur, complainant suffered statement that compromise has been effected with the opposite party. In lieu of the compromise, opposite party has replaced the shoes in question and she has  returned the old shoes to the opposite party.  As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, in view of the statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
