ORDER

                   Sh. J.N. Bhandari, counsel for the OP-2 has appended a note on the zimini order dated 23.12.2016 that OP-2 offer to pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement within 30 days from today.

                    Sh. Kunal Garg, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the zimini order dated 23.12.2016 that he accept the offer and withdraw this complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-2 shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.30.01.2017, failing which the OP-2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
