Complainant through his Advocate filed put up petition on Dt.10/10/2013 to pass necessary order on the memo of acknowledgment Dt.08/10/2013 where in the Complainant and Opposite Party have settled their dispute and compromised.

Perused the petitions filed by the Complainant and memo of acknowledgment between the Parties.

The Forum for the interest of the Parties and respecting the compromise as agreed between the Parties, disposed of the Complaint accordingly.
