            On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 06.09.2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Neither complainant  appeared even after issuance of notice neither file service report of OPs. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution, non-compliance. File be consigned to record room.
