Perusal of the record shows that Complainant was not appearing after 21.07.2022. Today is the 3^rd consecutive date. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Even otherwise OP has taken preliminary objection that this Commission has no territorial jurisdiction, address of OP is at Rajasthan. From the last two dates matter is listed for arguments on preliminary objection filed by OP. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution and in view of lack of territorial jurisdiction in light of the detailed observation.. File be consigned to record room.
