Present:     Complainant in person.

                OP in person along with Smt. Anupama, Advocate for OP.

                                               

 The complainant has made a statement that settlement has been made with the OP, according to which she has received an amount of Rs.1500/-in cash from the OP. Now, she does not want to purse the present complaint and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
