                    Today the case was fixed for arguments. Again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, despite the fact that the case called thrice today. Record reveals that seven consecutive opportunities have already been afforded to appellant to appear and argue the matter, but he has failed to do so. It also reveals that the present appeal has been filed in the year, 2018 and since 20^th February, 2019 none has appeared on behalf of appellant, neither any representative nor any counsel, which shows that the appellant is not interested to pursue further with the present appeal. Waited sufficiently. It is already 2:00 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
