  On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that Complainant is very erratic. Matter is still at the stage of Rejoinder & Evidence. On the last of hearing Complainant was also not present.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
