All the contesting parties filed their respective haziras. The miscellaneous application dated 05.02.2018 is taken up for hearing.  Heard both the sides.  The petition is supported by an affidavit. 

By filing this petition the complainant has prayed to appoint one Expert from the Proprietor, Hindware, World Refrigeration for inspection of Machine (Kutchina) and report on the points as mentioned in the petition, stating that the report on the points as mentioned in the petition is required for proper adjudication of the case.  The petition is supported by affidavit.  We carefully perused the contains of the pleadings and we are of the opinion that the inspection report on the points as mentioned in the petition dated 05.02.2018 should be allowed.  Hence, it is

          ORDERED

that the M.A. Case No.02/2018 is disposed of allowing the petition dated 05.02.2018.

 Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
