However this case appears to be filed on 19.10.2014 but thereafter complainant always sought adjournment on most of the dates, complainant instead of filing the application under section 12 (C) started remaining absent. Complainant did not file the petition under section 12(C) of consumer protection act 1986 and stated remaining absent. After considering the conduct, it appears that complainant has left the interest in this case. Under the aforesaid circumstances complaint case stands dismissed.
