During the arguments it reveal that present complaint pertains to Cyber crime several fraudulent credit card transactions has been alleged, secondly complainant is resident of North-East, Delhi and even otherwise Principle Nodal Officer of op sits at Gurugram. At this stage, counsel for complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file afresh before appropriate forum. Heard allowed. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn.
