                   The Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that -the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; so he is not interested to pursue the present complaint and on the direction of the complainant, he does not want to pursue with the complaint; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
