ORDER

                    Today Sh. Yoginder Nagpal, Advocate has joined proceedings on behalf of Ops by filing his vakalatnama. He is allowed to join the proceedings.  He is ready to compromise the matter.   He has stated that the OPs are ready to pay Rs.10,000/- within 20 days towards full and final settlement of the case to the complainant which also included waiver of penalties. The offer of OPs is acceptable to the complainant and he wants to withdraw the complaint. Both the parties have appended their respective note on the complaint regarding the compromise.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of 10,000/- to the complainant within 20 days from today failing which the OPs shall pay additional amount of Rs.5000/- to the complainant. The OPs shall also waive off all the penalty imposed on the complainant.   In case of failure on the part of the OPs to comply with the order the complainant would be at liberty to file execution application

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
