                    Sh. Yoginder Nagpal, Advocate, for the OPs No. 1 & 2.         

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the OPs. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled with the OPs; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.                          

                   Heard. In view of the statement made on behalf of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
