Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. On the last date of hearing i..e 21.07.2023 present case was listed for arguments on admission however complainant didn’t appear to press his case. Today also complainant is absent. Sufficient opportunities have been granted to complainant to appear and address arguments. However complainant is not appearing. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
