ORDER

Complainant is present. Order pronounced in open court. O.P. is directed to refund Rs.281/- towards the value of the cloth and Rs.100/- towards stiching charges that is Rs.381/- with in two months form the date of receipt of this order, with cost of Rs.100/-. If O.P. fails to do so the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from such date till payment. Send certified copy of this judgement and order to complainant under C.O.P and by RPAD to O.P.
