     Heard. Be registered. Admit. Notice be given to OP(s).

     At this stage, Sh.Ankush, Advocate, put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of OP by way of filing his vakalatnama. As counsel for OP has appeared, notice to OP need not be issued.

     Sh.Ankush, Counsel for OP has stated that OP is willing to pay Rs.3000/- to the complainant within 30 days. Sh.Harpreet Saini, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he accepts the said offer made by the counsel for OP and withdraws the present complaint. In this regard, counsels for the parties have made their statements in the shape of endorsement on the first page of the complaint itself. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the statements made by their counsels.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
