ORDER

                   Heard. Be registered. Admit. Sh. Simranjeet Singh, advocate has appeared on behalf of OP and filed his vakalatnama. Compromise deed (Annexure Z) has been filed. Sh. Rahul Bedi, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that in view of the annexure Z, he withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by the compromise Annexure Z.
