ORDER

          The parties have compromised the matter. A copy of the compromise dated 05.09.2016 (Annexure Z) has been filed by the parties. Advocate appearing for the complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet itself that in view of the compromise (Annexure Z), he withdraws this complaint. Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the compromise dated 05.09.2016 (Annexure Z) and the same shall form a part of this order.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
