ORDER

                    Annexure Z (compromise deed) on behalf of OP has been filed. Sh. Rahul Bedi, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that in view of the annexure Z, he withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Parties shall remain bound by annexure Z.
