ORDER

     This consumer complaint taken up preponed today as per application dated 27.12.2018 moved on behalf of complainant. Per contents of the application, which is attached with the present consumer complaint, matter has been amicably settled between the parties and complainant does not want to pursue this present complaint. Sh.Rahul, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OP and filed power of attorney(vakalatnama).

     Heard. Terms of the settlement in the form of Annexure-Z produced. Counsel for complainant has endorsed on the front page of the complaint that in view of compromise Annexure-Z, he withdraws the present complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Annexure-Z shall be the part of this order. This consumer complaint be not listed on 01.01.2019 as already ordered as it stood disposed off today. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
