ORDER

           Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OPs. Counsel for the OPs states at bar that the matter has been amicably settled and the OPs shall pay Rs.3000/- to the complainant within 45 days.   In view of the compromise learned counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that she withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by their statements made at bar.
