     The parties have settled the matter. Document regarding settlement dated 12.04.2017 (Annexure Z) has been filed.

     Sh.Rahul Bedi, Counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the first page of the complaint that in view of Annexure Z, he withdraws this complaint. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the settlement dated 12.04.2017 Annexure Z.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
