ORDER

Heard. Be registered. Admit. Notice. Sh. Hoshiar Chand, Advocate has accepted the notice on behalf of OP. Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP

                   Counsel for the OP has offered an amount of Rs.3000/- to the complainant, which shall be paid by the OP within 30 days from today towards full and final settlement of the case.  In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                   The counsel  for the complainant has accepted the offer of the counsel for the OP and such wants to withdraw the complaint in view of the above offer of the counsel for the OP. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.3000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which the OP shall pay the same amount alongwith Rs.100/- per day from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
