ORDER

                    As per office report, notice sent to the complainant through registered post on 19.02.2016, has not been received back served/unserved till date. Called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.

                   None has turned up on behalf of complainant. Case has been called several times since morning. Hence, there is no other option but to dismiss the complaint in default. It is ordered accordingly.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost.  The file be consigned.
