ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. Compromise Deed Annexure Z has been placed on record.

                   Sh. Harpreet Saini, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that in view of the compromise (annexure Z) he withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the Compromise Deed (Annexure Z).

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
