     Heard. Be registered. Admit. Notice be given to OP(s) for 21.11.2016.

     At this stage, Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance and filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP. He has accepted notice on behalf of OP.

     Case taken up today before the Lok Adalat and the parties have compromised the matter. A copy of the compromise dated 16.09.2016 (Annexure Z) has been filed by the parties. Complainant has made an endorsement on the complaint itself that in view of the compromise (Annexure Z), he withdraws this complaint. Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the compromise dated 16.09.2016 (Annexure Z) and the same shall form a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
