None has appeared on behalf of any of the parties inspite of several calls.

A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the appellant has not taken any steps for issuance of notice on respondent within the stipulated time, as fixed by the Commission.

Hence, this circumstance shows that the appellant is not interested to contest its appeal.

On account of the absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.

                       File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
