          On 2.12.216 Sh. A.S. Dhillon Advocate counsel for complainant filed an application pleading  no instructions on behalf of complainant and case was adjourned for today for passing proper order as quorum was not complete on said date. Today none has come present on behalf of complainant, nor complainant himself has come present. Case called several times since morning and now it is 2.15 P.M. none has come present on behalf of complainant as well as opposite parties, therefore, complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
