Petitioner states that he has no grievance with the impugned order of the State Commission. He however has been compelled to approach the National Commission because the respondent is not complying with the order of the State Commission and insisting that they will do service of motorcycle subject to his giving in writing that the defects have been removed. When explained that in this situation, the remedy of the petitioner lies in moving an application for execution before the State Commission, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to challenge the order of the executing court if deemed necessary. Liberty granted. Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Order dasti.
