ORDER

The complainant is absent . He has been regularly absent and though the complainant was filed on 15.05.10 but for technical reason the court fee not filed earlier and the court fee filed on 13.01.11 .

                     It appears from the perusal of the record that this case has been filed by the complainant Ravi Kant Ojha against the Branch Manager  of Bank of India , Mahanpur , Baharagora and Zonal Manager by name alleging therein that as the Bank Failed to sanction loan within time hence he could not purchase the property intended to purchase . Hence has suffered the loss and should be compensated by the Bank . It is also  mentioned that his salary is deposited in that Bank . The members have considered the complainant petition and they are of the opinion that Forum can not compel any Bank to sanction loan amount . It is a norms of Reserve Bank of India and  that particular Bank which is fllowed . As the complainant did not mention that what was the period under which the O.P . was bound to dispose of his claim of loan . As the Forum can not compel any Bank or any financial institution to sanction loan , hence this case is not maintainable . The complainant may write to autorities for departmental action , If  they have violated any rule of the Bank , hence the complainant is rejected under Sec. 12(3) of the Consumer Protection Act .
