ORDER

Both parties called out various times. They are not present. This complaint is filed against opposite parties 1 to 3 on the ground of medical negligence and deficiency in service. Steps were not taken against opposite party No.2 and complaint was dismissed as against opposite party No.2. This matter is pending nearly since 2 years. In the interest of justice notice was sent by RPAD to the given address of the complainant and the same is returned with endorsement that there was no such addressee. Advocate for the complainant is also not present. Under such circumstances, it is not just and proper to discuss the complaint on merits. Complainant has not filed any affidavit. Hence we proceed to pass following order. ORDER Complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Send the certified copies of this order to both parties under certificate of posting.
