      Mr.Sachin, Director of appellant company is personally present before the Commission and submits Memorandum of Understanding about settlement of the dispute between the parties to the appeal along with copy of account voucher and receipts deposited by complainant Nos.1 and 2 who are respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein.  Hence we examined Memorandum of Understanding and found satisfied to record the same in this appeal.  Accordingly, we proceed to allow the appeal as settled between the parties.  Consequently, set aside the order dated 27.08.2024 passed in CC/150/2023 on the file of I Additional DCDRC, Bengaluru as settled between the parties. 

     Office is directed to refund the deposit amount of Rs.42,000/- in favour of appellant with proper identification by his advocate.
