Adv. Mahesh appears for the appellants. It is submitted that the parties have settled the disputes in this case among themselves and the entire amount ordered to be paid by the District Commission has been paid by the appellant. In view of the above, this appeal is closed recording the above submission.
The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- made by the appellant shall be refunded on proper acknowledgment to the appellant. The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited before the District Commission, Pathanamthitta in compliance with the condition stipulated by us while granting the interim order of stay shall also be refunded to the appellant since the matter has been settled, as stated above.
