          Appellant represented.  Counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and he had filed a petition/memo for permission to withdraw the appeal.  Permission granted.  The appeal is closed as withdrawn.

          Refund the amount of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) deposited by the appellant being the statutory deposit, to the appellant on proper acknowledgement.
