The complainant approaches this Commission for admission of this case submitting inter-alia that she purchased a LIC’s Market Plus Growth bond in her name Smt. Gayatri Sen, at the time of admission hearing she relied upon an observation of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in a case of M/s Harsolia Motors Vs. M/s National Insurance Co. Ltd. 3^rd December, 2004.

This Commission has carefully gone through the observations of the National Insurance Co. Ltd. and found that the fact of this case is different and the principle of observation of the Hon’ble N.C.D.R.C., in M/s Harsolia Motors Vs. M/s National Insurance Co. Ltd. has no application in the instant case and considering the nature of the LIC’s Market Plus policy ‘Growth’ this Commission  is in view that in this case the complainant could not be considered as the consumer and so this case is not admitted and the same is liable to be rejected.

Hence, Ordered:-

That the case is hereby rejected without cost.
