The record is put up this day on the basis of the put up petition filed by the Dhr. On call, on behalf of the Jdr. a petition supported by affidavit has been filed stating that the dispute between the Dhr. and Jdrs. has been settled out of Forum and on settlement the Dhr. has received a Demand Draft dated 30.3.2016 being No.27341 of Rs.12,00,000/- drawn on UCO Bank, Asansol Main Branch. The Dhr. has also stated in the petition that he is satisfied fully on receiving such amount and the award passed in his favour has been fully satisfied and accordingly the Dhr. is not willing to proceed with this case. By filing this petition the Dhr. has prayed to dispose of this execution case on full satisfaction.
The copy of the petition has been served upon the Ld. Advocate for the Jdrs. Heard both the sides. The Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. has submitted that the Dhr. is not willing to proceed with this case and has prayed to dispose of this execution case on full satisfaction. The Ld. Advocate for the Jdrs. has accepted the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the Dhr.
The Dhr. himself is present. Being asked he has admitted that he has already received the amount which has been settled in such amicable settlement and as such he wants to dispose of this execution case.
We considered the submissions of both the sides and we find that this execution case should be disposed of on full satisfaction. Hence, it is

that the execution case being No.03/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction.
