            Today is fixed for hearing of the MA 88/2021.

After hearing the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and perusing the application being no. MA 88/2021, we see that one of the complainants namely Ratan Kansha Banik has died leaving behind his three legal heirs. By filing the aforesaid application, the complainant has sought for bringing the legal heirs of Ratan Kansha Banik on record.

The amendment sought for appears to be most formal in nature and therefore it should be allowed.

The MA 88/2021 as such stands allowed.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended complaint by 29.04.2022.      

Let plain copy be given to the parties, free of cost, as per CPR.
