      None is present for the appellant. The appellant has also not collected the notice prepared on 6/4/2016  for service to respondent as per order dated 15/12/2015.  The record shows that the appellant has remained absent on the last three dates of hearing i.e. on  18/7/2016, 6/10/2016 and 13/12/2016 indicating his apathy to pursue the appeal. Hence the appeal be recalled  at the end of the Board for appropriate order.

Later on:  

     At the end of the board the appeal  is  called again. However the appellant is still  absent. Thus, he appears to be disinterested to pursue the appeal. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default.
