13.08.22     (National Lok Adalat)

Today the case is fixed for disposal of the appeal in National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel Sh. V.K. Srivastava for the appellants as well as learned counsel Sh. Shahid Ahmad Ansari for respondent has appeared.

A compromise has been moved on behalf of both the parties, which is signed and accepted by both the parties, hence, the compromise (paper No. 53) is hereby accepted.

As per the compromise, Rs. 20,400/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Four Hundred only) has been today paid before the Commission. Hence, the terms and conditions of the compromise has been fulfilled between the parties.

The old mobile set with charger has also been handed over to the learned counsel Sh. V.K. Srivastava for the appellants.

As per the terms and conditions of the compromise, the appeal is hereby decided accordingly.  No order as to costs.  The aforesaid compromise shall form part of the order.

The statutory amount deposited by the appellants before the State Commission or the District Commission be released in favour of the appellants, as per law.

                        A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance. Original file be sent back to the Commission concerned. File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
