2. RAS Developments Pvt., Ltd., RAS Basera, Head Office:812 & 812-A, Chiranjiv Tower, 43 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019, through is MD/CEO/Manager/Authorized Signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Amarjeet Dhania, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Amit Gupta, counsel for the OPs.

                       

               

                  Today the case is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected.

                 At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, he has received the Demand Draft bearing no.536904 dated 16.11.2023 amounting to Rs.25000/- and Demand Draft bearing no.536903 dated 16.11.2023 amounting to Rs.1,25000/- and Demand Draft bearing no.536905 dated 17.11.2023 amounting to Rs.100000/- on behalf of the complainant as full and final settlement. The complainant shall not claim any right/title or interest in the property in question nor shall in future initiate and legal proceeding against the OPs. He will bound to hand over the above mentioned the DDs to the complainant. Thus, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
