The matter relates to the alleged illegality in cancelling the policy which was issued on 16/7/1998 for a period of 10 years.

2. The respondent/complainant is absent.

 3. At the time of hearing it was submitted by the counsel for the appellant that there is no claim with respect to the above policy.

4. We find that the policy period is already over.  Hence the matter is infrectuous.  The appeal is closed accordingly.
