O.P. files hajira through his LD. Lawyer. Complainant is absent without step. She is found absent on 2^nd calls. Heard te Ld .Lawyer for the O.P.It is now 12.52pm. Perused last two orders. We find that onn last two occasions the complainant was absent with step and she has not yet filed showcause in compliance with order no.10 dt. 14/07/2015 although copy of order no 11 dt.24/07/2015 was sent to her by this Forum by post.In the circumstances we have reason to believe that the complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case . Hence this case deserved. Hence it is

that this case is dismissed for default for non-compliance of this Forum’s order but without cost.
