Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar, learned counsel for the appellants is present.  None is present on behalf of respondent.

An application has been moved on behalf of the appellants, stating therein that the pending electricity bills have been deposited by the respondent, hence the appellants want to withdraw the appeal.

Further prayer has been made that the statutory amount of Rs. 2,500/- deposited by the appellants at the time of filing the appeal, be released in their favour.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.  The amount deposited by the appellants with this Commission, be released in their favour.
